Ready Pages Privacy Policy

Ready Pages PH sells ready-made Facebook business pages and social media boosting services from Quezon City, Philippines. This policy explains what information we collect when you use readypagesph.com or message our Facebook page, how we use it, and how to have it deleted. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect
- Your email address, which you enter when ordering so we can send your invoice and receipt.
- Your order details from our website: the services or page you chose, quantities, the links you paste (your page, post, profile or video), comments you write for comment orders, and any reseller code.
- Messenger information when you message our Facebook page: your name and the Messenger ID that Facebook gives us for our chat, plus the messages and payment screenshots you send.
We never ask for your Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or YouTube password, and we don't collect card or bank login details.
How we use it
- To show you your order summary and payment details in Messenger.
- To email you your invoice and receipt.
- To confirm your payment, deliver your order and reply to your questions.
- To pay commission to the reseller whose code you entered.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Who receives it
- Meta (Facebook/Messenger), which carries our chat with you.
- Cloudflare, which hosts our website and stores order details.
- Our service providers, who receive only the public link and quantity needed to deliver a boosting order.
How long we keep it
Order details saved from our website are deleted automatically after 30 days. Messenger conversations stay in our page inbox until you or we delete them. Payment records are kept as long as Philippine tax rules require.
Deleting your data
To have your information deleted, message our Facebook page with "Delete my data" and your order code if you have one. We'll delete your order details and our copy of your conversation within 7 days and confirm when it's done, except records we must keep for tax purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
